-[cron] author_statistics_update.sh should also monitor how many
 years have elapsed for an orphan translation, in order to know
 when to remove the stale language files. Maybe rewrite?

 should be moved to their correct directory.

-replace stupid verioned tags with generic tag that will always be
 updated. Ej: manual-x.x.x to manual-last.
- make path substitution of @html_text_substitution support languages
- categorize tutorials section.
- the external_* options of allegro.ini should be reversed, otherwise when somone
  adds a new language, poorly mantained mirrors won't link it properly in html code.
- include dynamic(?) news system like that one of AllegroGL
- include hack to display "this page is not recent" in translated pages if the
  english text files are newer than the localized ones.
- implement a restriction function which says which language versions are
  allowed to show up in the final version, based in several level ratings.
- host some tutorials (the small ones at least) at the allegro page, to avoid
  loosing them forever like with the allegro gui clinic.
